Welcome to the Clarksville Locksmith LLC website. By using this site or hiring us for a job, you agree to the following basic terms and conditions.

Our Services

We provide mobile locksmith services, including auto lockouts, house lockouts, key replacements, rekeying, and lock repairs, in Clarksville, TN, and nearby communities.

Proof of Ownership & Access Rights

Because safety and property protection are central to what we do, we require proof of ownership or authorization before opening or rekeying any vehicle, house, or business door.

  • You must present a valid photo ID along with proof that you own or lease the property or vehicle (such as your driver’s license, registration, deed, or lease agreement).
  • If you cannot prove you have the right to access the property, our locksmiths reserve the right to decline the job on the spot.

Pricing & Payments

  • Upfront Estimates: We give straight answers about pricing before we start any work. Final charges depend on the exact lock type, hardware condition, and specific service required once our technician inspects the job on site.
  • Payment Due Date: Payment is required immediately upon completion of the work unless commercial invoicing terms were approved in writing beforehand.

Cancellations & Service Calls

If you need to cancel a request, please call us as soon as possible. If a technician has already driven out to your location, a standard service call fee may apply to cover travel costs.

Property Conditions & Liability

  • We use non-destructive entry methods and professional tools whenever possible.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing door frame damage, rusted/seized lock components, or failing electronic lock hardware that broke prior to our technician’s arrival.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
